PAYMENT METHODS
Α. Pay on delivery
Valid for the receipt of the order at your place, within Greece.
Pay your order in cash to the employee of the courier company or the employee of GNASTYLE ( EVANGELIDOU EUGENIA ), upon delivery, at your place. When placing an order, the purchase agreement is made after your payment is completed.
Β. Payment by card
Using credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners. The card will be charged upon confirmation of your order. All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Alpha e-Commerce" and GNASTYLE ( EVANGELIDOU EUGENIA ). is not aware of the card details. Cardholders are subject to validation checks.
It is important that you provide a contact telephone number and a valid e-mail address.
In case your credit card is not approved by our bank, the company reserves the right to cancel your order.
C. With the use of Masterpass wallet
PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments made by card are processed through the "Nexi e-Commerce" e-payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
SHIPPING METHODS
By courier and payment by card, e-wallet: 2-5 working days, at no extra cost.
By courier and cash on delivery: 2-5 working days, without additional shipping costs and cash on delivery cost.
1. Orders completed on Friday after 2pm may be delayed and delivered no later than Wednesday.
2. Orders completed on public holidays or summer days may be delayed.
3. Delivery expectation is estimated at 10 working days, due to summer, from the date the order was placed.
