RETURNS POLICY

You have the right to return the products you bought, without having to tell us the reason why you wish to return the products, within fifteen (15) days from the date you receive the products. Returns are accepted if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the manufacturer's card, as well as the retail receipt or invoice.

The package must be packed to prevent damage to the product or packaging during transport. Returns are not accepted in cases of "special prints" in some kind.

In case of change or return, an e-mail should be sent to the address info @ginestrafashion.gr / sales @ginestrafashion.gr to which the order code will be mentioned, or to be preceded by a telephone call to 210-2812112, Monday Friday 08:00 - 16:00.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to carefully check at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and their packaging intact, in order to identify any obvious defects.

In case of return of the products, you have the right to a refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt by you. The refund will be completed within twenty (20) working days, from the date of receipt and inspection of the product by our company. Refunds apply only to purchases made through the e-shop and not to purchases made in our physical stores.

If the purchase has been made by cash on delivery or by card, the money will be refunded through a bank. You are required to fill in all the necessary information in the special Return Instruction Form that is included in the package, while the return will concern the value of the goods and not possible cash on delivery costs or bank charges.

Each return must be very well packaged, to avoid damage during transport, using the service of the General Post Office courier, with a charge of 3 € for Greece. This amount will be deducted from your change or refund and therefore will not need to be paid to the shipping company.

In case you choose to use any other transport of your choice, you will be fully charged the cost of transport, which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of sending the parcel.

The product you return
The special return form that was in the original package that you received, filled in with the required information and by selecting the box that says ‘credit / change’
 Your receipt.
